Collaborative, Intentional Collage

Hi gorgeous,

Today I’m sharing a collaborative artwork I created with my partner, Heidi. We have future plans to buy a beautiful block of land in the hinterland, to grow veggies, creat, live and share art from.

So, we created a collaborative, intentional collage to bring our ideas to life.

Holding our hinterland intention, we each chose imagery from magazines that intuitively matched our intentions, and started cutting and tearing them out for inspiration.

Once we had a pile of images to choose from, we began arranging them onto a double page, and gluing them down.

As we created, we had conversations about placement of the images, to determine where the pieces of the intentional puzzle ‘fit’ in terms of composition.

Lastly, we added some words and some hand-drawn finishing touches.

Intentional collages are a powerful way to take ideas from inside, and bring them to life on our Earthly plane. With two or more people creating with the same intention in mind, it becomes even more powerful to bring to bring a dream to fruition!

It’s a great idea display an intentional collage somewhere pertinent, to see if often and give reminders or a shared goal. We placed ours on a shelf above the bed to imaginatively infuse our dreams!
