Art Therapy
Art therapy supports us to recognise and creatively express our inner lived experience, within a safe and supportive environment. For kids with ADHD or Autistic operating systems, safe spaces to celebrate our unique individuality and strengths can feel hard to find!
That’s why I offer neuro-friendly therapeutic creative arts experiences, enabling kids and teens to widen their capacity for emotional regulation, healthy processing and feel celebrated in their unique strengths and interests.
Art Classes
ARTUITION Art Classes aren’t just any old classes … Here, we experience a wide range of process-inspired art experiences, specially designed to celebrate your child’s unique imagination, ideas and neuro-spicy brains!
Each session we explore a fusion of drawing, painting, sculpture or nature art, teamed with mindful, emotional tools to help develop skills for a more regulated nervous system - great for sensitive, creative, and ADHD/Autistic kids, teens (& grown-ups!).
Participants are supported and encouraged to develop artistic skills and mindful art techniques directly related to their unique goals, skills and interests; both in our small group art classes and individual art therapy sessions.
