PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

POSTAGE + HANDLING

In the interest of sustainability, I have decided to limit the sale of my art and products to Australia and New Zealand only. If you are an international customer and would like to enquire about wholesale orders, please contact me to discuss.

  • Postage costs - FREE flat rate shipping within Australia. New Zealand shipping calculated at check out.

  • Original artworks - Carefully packaged in my home studio and shipped via registered, trackable post or courier for larger canvasses. Orders within Australia are generally received with 14 days, unless quoted otherwise. International orders may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. 

  • Prints - Custom printed, packaged and shipped directly to you via my professional fine art print supplier. Average delivery time within Australia is approximately 2-3 weeks.

  • Card decks - Individually packaged and posted using trackable post, from my home studio in Redcliffe, Australia.

SECURE PAYMENT

All online shop orders are completely secure, I do not retain your credit card or paypal information. Payment of any custom taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully, as requests for refunds or exchanges on physical items will not be accepted for change of mind. Items are sent out in perfect condition using premium packaging and post options, so please contact me immediately if you suspect a fault with your purchase. A refund request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your physical item, so I can identify where a fault may have occurred. Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.

ORIGINAL ART PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available for Original Art over $250. Plan terms include a $150 deposit, then the remaining amount can be paid off over 3 months via regular bank transfer or Paypal. Your Artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped after I receive your final payment.

Please note that payments are final, I am unable to refund your payment plan mid-way due to change of mind or circumstances.

CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORKS

  • Original Art on Canvas: Hang in a room free from moisture, excessive heat and avoid hanging in direct sunlight. Dust lightly as required with a soft cloth. Do not lean anything against the canvas surface, to avoid dents. If you plan to transport your canvas artwork, wrap your artwork well, ideally using heavy cardboard front and back, surrounded by bubble wrap or clean, soft blankets. Hang on a wall hook suitable for the artwork weight.

  • Artworks on Paper: Frame as soon as possible for longevity and display out of direct sunlight.

  • Wood Prints: Wood prints are professionally printed using hardwearing UV lightfast inks designed to last a lifetime. If your pieces require cleaning or dusting, simply dust with a standard feather duster or cleaned with a barely-damp microfibre cloth.

  • Card Decks: Enjoy daily. Keep away from moisture and return to pouch packaging when not in use. Do not get wet or place cards on abrasive surfaces.

  • Fabric items: Gently hand-wash in cold water as required, using phosphate free detergent. Hang in shade.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Every endeavour has been taken to colour match photographs accurately with the related Artworks and services. Please be prepared for minor/subtle variations in colour due to computer screen colour variations.

All items including artworks, product descriptions and graphics are the property of Chrissy Foreman and must not be reproduced. 

ART CLASSES & ART THERAPY

IN-PERSON ART CLASSES + RETREATS

Artuition art therapy and classes are highly coveted and regularly book out. This means a limited space is held for your booking. For this reason, please choose your booking carefully, as refunds are not available for art class and art therapy bookings.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & ILLNESS POLICY

By booking classes or art therapy sessions, you agree to the following:

  • Private art therapy sessions include a 48 hour cancellation policy. Full fees will apply for non-attendance

  • No refunds, credits or catch-up lessons for missed sessions or absences

  • Participants MUST BE healthy and symptom-free to attend in-person sessions. Please advise if you/your child will be absent.

  • If a group session is cancelled by Artuition, it will be rescheduled for another date

  • In the event that I need to cancel a group class due to low numbers, you will receive a full refund, or you can transfer your booking fee towards a shop credit

  • If you are considering purchasing a session for a friend or loved one, please contact me first to discuss your booking. All my classes have a creative wellbeing focus (they are not simply technique-based art classes), so it is important that all participants are open to and suitable to engage in this process.

ART THERAPY

Art Therapy clients must complete a client intake form and agree to all terms of service, before commencement of Artuition services.

This form covers all policies and guidelines for the duration of our art therapy relationship.

Sessions are invoiced per session, via bank transfer.

PRIVATE GROUP WORKSHOPS

Whole-group private bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit on booking to secure your chosen date. The remaining fees must be paid in full on the workshop date. Private group bookings may be rescheduled to another date in writing, a minimum of 14 days prior to the original workshop date. In this circumstance, a credit will be held for 6 months for the group to rebook. Cancellation within 48 hours will deem your workshop and deposit as forfeited.

ONLINE ART CLASSES & E-BOOKS

All online art classes are downloadable and are not refundable, so please choose carefully. Online art class bookings are for one single participant only. If you have a friend or family member who would like to join one of my online classes, please share my class bookings page for them to book themselves and receive the full benefits of my classes. Thank you for honouring my creative work. In instances where my classes are bundled with another provider, you may be taken to another site for secure purchase. 

COPYRIGHT

Please note that as the artist, I retain copyright on all artworks, card decks, classes, intellectual property and digital offerings. When you purchase my work, you are not permitted to use or reproduce the artwork in any way or means, under copyright law. If you would like to license my artwork images for a fee, for example on printed products or for digital use, please contact me. For more information on copyright law please see the Arts Law Centre of Australia. Copyright is applicable worldwide.
